Mixtape Downloading refers to mixtapes you
download individually that can be burned
to CD for playback through your home, car

MP3 player, Phone with audio playback
abilities. and/or stored on a computer's
hard drive for your offline pleasure.
What Are the System Requirments?
All Mixtape Downloads are in mp3 format
encoded at 192kbps+ for excellent sound
quality. All Mixtape Downloads are
compressed into a ZIP format file. we
recommend WinZip to extract the zip files.

Do I Need A Membership To Download?
Yes, a membership is required to download
the mixtapes.
What If I Download A Corrupt File?
If you receive an error message saying
"Corrupt File" when trying to
open the .zip file, it could mean 1 of 2
things. A) There was a problem with your
connection while downloading (usually with
dial up modems) the mixtape or B) There is
an error on our download server that needs
to be fixed. Try downloading the file
again, if it does not work contact
us.
Is There A Download Limit?
No, there is no download limit. You can
download unlimited number of mixtapes and
have unlimited parallel downloads.
Can I Burn The Mixtapes to Compact Disc
(CD)?
Yes, you must have a CD burner/writer in
your computer and a software that allows
you to burn it which should come with your
computer if you have a burner/writer.
Can I Transfer Downloads To Portable
Device?
Yes, as long as your portable device is
compatible with mp3 files you should be
able to transfer.
How do I download individual tracks?
You can download individual tracks of the
mixtapes that are streamable. To do so,
click on the small arrow next to track
name on the mp3 player. Click here

What Forms Of Payment Are Accepted?

How Do I Cancel My Account?
Click on 'MY ACCOUNT' on the left hand side and then scroll down to 'Your payment History.' Click 'Cancel' under the name of your 'Product.'
